Tiny Tots Soft Play offers an exclusive three-hour private escape for families and friends. To maintain our high standards for safety and cleanliness, we have developed these essential guidelines. By finalizing your reservation, you acknowledge these parent-focused policies created to keep our facility secure and enjoyable for every small visitor.
Cancellations Policy
Life happens and plans shift. Our policy allows us to reorganize our schedule so other families can enjoy the space while we maintain our boutique quality.
Paid deposits are final and non-refundable. If you provide at least one week's notice, we can move your deposit to a different available date. Cancellations within the seven-day window are ineligible for any rescheduling or credit. No credit is provided for missed sessions or cancellations on the day of.
Date Change Invitations
We permit a single date change if requested seven days before the event. The updated booking must be scheduled within three months of the original party date.
Climate & Safety Policy
Events at Tiny Tots Soft Play take place inside our fully temperature-controlled center, meaning and wind or rain will not affect your child's celebration. We do not provide refunds for standard weather occurrences. If a severe weather emergency forces a venue closure for public safety, our team will reach out to you to arrange a new date for your party at no additional cost to your family.
Play Area Rules & Policies
Safety Requirements
- Grip socks must be worn by all children in the play area at all times.
- No jewelry, glasses, or sharp objects are allowed while playing.
- Children must not climb on the exterior walls of bounce houses.
- Age-appropriate play is required. Equipment is designed for toddlers up to age 5.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
Behavior Expectations
- Roughhousing and misuse of equipment are not allowed.
- Respectful behavior toward staff, equipment, and other guests is required.
Age Guidelines
- Equipment is strictly for children ages 5 and under during open play.
- Children over 5 are welcome to assist in pretend play, use the art room, or relax in seating areas.
Food & Drink Policy
- No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed inside the soft play equipment area.
- Approved foods: pizza, pre-made trays, sandwich trays, empanadas, and other dry, easy-to-clean finger foods.
- Coolers with canned or bottled beverages are allowed.
- No glass bottles permitted.
Facility Guidelines
- No strollers unless absolutely necessary.
- Stroller wheels are considered unsanitary on play floors.
- Strollers are a tripping hazard and may not be parked in entryways (fire safety).
Cleanliness & Health
- All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before each event.
- Writing utensils are not allowed in play areas.
- Diaper changes must be done in designated restroom changing tables only.
- Sick Policy: Children must be fever-free for at least 48 hours and not visibly sick before attending.
Clothing & Hygiene
- Children must wear appropriate clothing at all times.
- Accident-proof undergarments are required for all children.
Liability & Responsibility
- Tiny Tots Soft Play is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
- Clients are responsible for any intentional damage or loss of equipment during rental.
- Normal wear and tear is expected and covered.
Adult Oversight Mandatory
Guardians and parents assume full accountability for the active monitoring of their children throughout the entire booking. Safety is our shared priority.
Respecting Our Venue
We are committed to hosting your event in a pristine and welcoming environment. To ensure a consistent experience for everyone, guests are liable for any harm caused to the facility or play units during their private slot. Costs for repairs or replacements resulting from accidents like punctures or major stains will be billed to the credit card provided. We appreciate your assistance in keeping this venue a wonderful playground for toddlers.
