At Tiny Tots Soft Play, we specialize in providing a completely private, all-inclusive 3-hour experience for your little ones. To ensure every party runs smoothly and every family finds a safe, fun, and memorable space, we have established these core booking guidelines. By reserving a session, you agree to these parent-friendly policies designed for the comfort and safety of all tiny tots.
Reservation & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
We recommend booking early, as dates fill up quickly—especially weekends and holidays.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures we can offer our private play sessions to other families while maintaining our exclusive venue quality.

If you need to cancel, your deposit may be transferred to a new date if you notify us at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for transfer or refund.

No refunds are issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Need to Change Your Date?
One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days notice, based on availability.
Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
Weather & Outdoor Policy
At Tiny Tots Soft Play, our private play sessions are held in our climate-controlled indoor facility, so your party proceeds as planned regardless of outdoor weather conditions including rain, wind, or extreme temperatures. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to standard inclement weather. In the rare event of a declared state emergency or severe weather that forces us to close our venue for safety, we will contact you immediately to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
Play Safe
- Grip socks must be worn at all times by children in the play area.
- No food, drinks, or chewing gum allowed within the soft play equipment borders.
- No writing utensils allowed
- Children must not climb on the exterior walls of the bounce houses.
- Age-appropriate play is required: our equipment is designed for toddlers & little tots up to 5 years old.
- No jewelry, glasses, or sharp objects should be worn while playing.
- Adult supervision is required at all times during play.
- Tiny Tots Soft Play is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
- All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before each event.
- Clients are responsible for any intentional damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.
- Normal wear and tear is expected and covered by us.

Parental Supervision Required
Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of their children at all times during the 3-hour session.
Care for Our Venue
We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and beautiful environment for your private celebrations. To ensure all families enjoy the same premium experience, guests are responsible for any damages incurred to the facility, equipment, or soft play items during their exclusive 3-hour session. Damage beyond normal wear and tear—including but not limited to punctures, heavy staining, or breakage—will result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the card on file. We appreciate your family's care in keeping Tiny Tots Soft Play a safe haven for all toddlers.
