Tiny Tots Soft Play is looking for a dependable, friendly Part-Time Team Member to help operate our indoor play space for children ages 1–5.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with families, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in keeping a clean, welcoming environment.

Position Details

Pay: $10.50 per hour

Hours: Approximately 9:00 AM–2:30 PM

Schedule: Part-time; specific workdays will be determined based on business needs and availability

Location: Tiny Tots Soft Play – Clarksville, TN

What You'll Do

Open and prepare the facility for Open Play.
Welcome families and check reservations and waivers.
Assist walk-in customers and process payments when needed.
Help Open Play sessions begin and end on time.
Monitor the facility and help ensure Tiny Tots rules are followed.
Answer basic questions about Open Play, memberships, and parties.
Clean and sanitize toys, play equipment, and frequently touched surfaces.
Clean and reset the play area between sessions.
Maintain the restroom and common areas throughout the day.
Restock supplies as needed.
Handle routine customer concerns and contact the owner when assistance is needed.
Complete end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures.
Independently and responsibly care for the facility during scheduled shifts.

What We're Looking For

Friendly and comfortable interacting with children and families.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to follow opening, closing, cleaning, and safety procedures.
Comfortable handling basic payments and customer questions.
Able to maintain a clean and organized facility throughout the shift.
Able to reliably report to work for scheduled shifts.
Able to work without bringing children or other dependents to scheduled shifts.

Previous experience working with children or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
