Party packages start at $350 for a completely private venue for you and your family during the weekday. On the weekend, party packages start at $450 for a completely private venue.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, cake, and food to personalize your party.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! To lock in your party date, we require a $150 deposit. This secures your private time slot and allows us to dedicate our full attention to your event.

Because we reserve that time specifically for your party and may turn away other bookings, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the $150 deposit will be applied toward your remaining party balance.

Are grip socks required?

Yes, grip socks are required for both children and adults in the play area for safety and cleanliness.

Is there a limit on the number of children?

Yes. All party packages include up to 10 children in the base package price. Additional children may be added for an extra fee, with a maximum capacity of 15 children to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.

Do you offer open play?

Yes! We offer Open Play Monday through Thursday with three daily sessions:🕘 9:00–10:30 AM🕚 11:00 AM–12:30 PM🕐 1:00–2:30 PMPlease note that private party bookings take precedence. If a party is scheduled during one of those times, that Open Play session may be unavailable. We recommend booking in advance to reserve your spot!

Is your equipment safe and cleaned regularly?

Absolutely. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each event.

We currently offer a flexible setup so you can bring your own theme, but themed packages may be available in the future!

When is my balance due?

After booking and paying the deposit, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. If the balance is not received, the booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.”

Do I need to sign a waiver for each child attending?

Yes. For the safety of all children and to participate in play, a signed waiver is required for each child.
Our waiver helps ensure that parents and guardians understand the nature of soft play activities, acknowledge any potential risks, and agree to our rules and safety guidelines. It also allows us to maintain a safe, well-supervised environment for everyone.
Waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian before a child is allowed to enter the play area. To make things easier, we recommend completing the waiver in advance when possible.

What decorations am I allowed to bring?

We welcome outside decorations and love seeing your party themes come to life! 🎉 Families are welcome to bring balloons, table décor, themed decorations, dessert displays, and similar party items like:

Banners
Fabric backdrops
Helium balloons
Table centerpieces
Tablecloths
Signage

To help keep things running smoothly, please have all decorations assembled prior to arrival for quick and easy setup.

Are there any decorations or items not allowed?

Due to space and time limitations, we recommend keeping food selections simple, light, and easy to serve.
